Refund policy

At Sach Rate, we prioritize customer satisfaction and provide an easy and transparent return and exchange process. Returns can be initiated only if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

You may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is wrong, damaged, defective, or broken

  • You raise the request within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is in unused condition

  • The product is returned with:

    • Original packaging

    • Intact seal

    • Original labels, barcodes & batch numbers

    • Undamaged outer carton

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products with more than 6 months of expiry left (unless wrong/damaged)

  • Products with visible signs of use

  • Items with missing packaging, seal, or labels

  • Damaged outer packaging not caused by logistics


2. Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement depends on stock availability

  • For replacement shipments:

    • Actual return shipping cost will be charged

  • If the product is not eligible for replacement:

    • Refund will be issued after deducting return shipping cost


3. Refunds & Cancellations

A. Damaged Product Refunds

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing:

    • Sach Rate seal/tape

    • Product condition

    • Packaging damage

  2. Raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of delivery

  3. Email the video + images to:

Important:
Sach Rate is not responsible for damages caused during shipping by third-party couriers, but we help submit claims to the courier.


B. Authenticity Guarantee

All products at Sach Rate are:

  • 100% authentic

  • Obtained from authorised vendors

  • Properly labelled with:

    • Barcodes

    • Batch numbers

    • Ingredient/manufacturing details

This ensures complete traceability and safety.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped.

  • Email us at help@sachrate.com (Mon–Fri)

  • Refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours

  • You may cancel the order within 3 hours of placing it

  • After dispatch or after tracking is generated, cancellation is not possible

After Shipment

Cancellation cannot be done once the product is handed over to the courier.

If Shipment is Returned to Us (RTO)

  • Order will be automatically cancelled

  • Refund will be processed automatically

If the courier still attempts delivery after cancellation, please do not accept the parcel.


5. Return / Exchange Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at help@sachrate.com (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM)

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Images of the product

    • Batch numbers

    • Unboxing video with Sach Rate seal clearly visible

  3. Pickup will be scheduled within 3–4 business days

  4. Refund/exchange will proceed only after inspection

The damaged product may be forwarded to the vendor for investigation to identify the root cause.


6. Additional Information

  • Exchange delivery time: 5–7 business days

  • Return shipping cost:

    • Charged for exchanges

    • Deducted from refunds for correct & undamaged products

  • Lost or damaged return shipments are not eligible for refund or exchange

  • All exchanges are processed via Cash on Delivery

  • Sach Rate reserves the right to update this policy anytime without prior notice
