At Sach Rate, we prioritize customer satisfaction and provide an easy and transparent return and exchange process. Returns can be initiated only if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
You may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can request a return or exchange if:
The product received is wrong, damaged, defective, or broken
You raise the request within 7 days of delivery
The product is in unused condition
The product is returned with:
Original packaging
Intact seal
Original labels, barcodes & batch numbers
Undamaged outer carton
Products with more than 6 months of expiry left (unless wrong/damaged)
Products with visible signs of use
Items with missing packaging, seal, or labels
Damaged outer packaging not caused by logistics
Replacement depends on stock availability
For replacement shipments:
Actual return shipping cost will be charged
If the product is not eligible for replacement:
Refund will be issued after deducting return shipping cost
If you receive a damaged item:
Record a clear unboxing video showing:

Product condition
Packaging damage
Raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of delivery

Sach Rate is not responsible for damages caused during shipping by third-party couriers, but we help submit claims to the courier.

Unboxing video with Sach Rate seal clearly visible
Pickup will be scheduled within 3–4 business days
Refund/exchange will proceed only after inspection
The damaged product may be forwarded to the vendor for investigation to identify the root cause.
Exchange delivery time: 5–7 business days
Return shipping cost:
Charged for exchanges
Deducted from refunds for correct & undamaged products
Lost or damaged return shipments are not eligible for refund or exchange
All exchanges are processed via Cash on Delivery
